December 19, 2018: Brookfield, CT 06804 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT) and the visiting Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT), saw Brookfield's basketball squad overcome Abbott RVT by a tally of 55-45.
With the victory, Brookfield improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bobcats host New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT) to confront the Rebels in a Southwest challenge on Friday, December 21. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. New Fairfield lost 67-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Sheehan (Wallingford, CT)
Next up, the Wolverines confront the Kaynor RVT Panthers (Waterbury, CT) in a Connecticut Technical - West challenge, on Wednesday, December 26. Abbott RVT will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
