Fans at Saturday's non-league test between the Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) and the host Cholla Chargers (Tucson, AZ), observed Mountain Ridge's softball team notch a victory over Cholla by a score of 11-1.

Coming up next, the Mountain Lions encounter the Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 20. Mountain Ridge will attempt to improve on its 13-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 7-6 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Kellis (Glendale, AZ).
