Bloomfield Tech (Bloomfield, NJ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Weehawken Indians (Weehawken, NJ), 45-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bloomfield Tech upgrades its record to 8-15 on the campaign. The travel to New Providence (New Providence, NJ) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 3. The Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 18-6. New Providence won 58-41 in their recent non-league bout against Weequahic (Newark, NJ)
