Massachusetts High School Football - St. John's Prep held off by Central Catholic
September 17, 2016: Danvers, MA 01923 In Saturday's non-league game, the Central Catholic Raiders (Lawrence, MA) football team tipped the host St. John's Prep Eagles (Danvers, MA), by a final score of 21-14.
The Raiders (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Methuen (Methuen, MA). The Rangers come into the Merrimack Valley - Division 1 game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Methuen was tipped by Tewksbury Memorial (Tewksbury, MA), 21-0, in a non-league game.
