Texas High School Basketball - Whitehouse topped by Rider
December 8, 2017: Whitehouse, TX 75791 The Rider Raiders basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Whitehouse Wildcats to 52 in the Raiders non-league victory on Friday.
The Raiders now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland Park for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Rider will battle a Scots team coming off a 80-53 non-league win over Monterey (Lubbock, TX). The Scots record now stands at 6-2.
The Wildcats (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Plainview (Plainview, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Plainview prevailed over Monterey (Lubbock, TX), 82-77, in a non-league contest.
