In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Madison Academy Mustangs basketball team scored a tight 45-42 triumph over the Davis Volunteers.

In their next game, the Mustangs confront the Florence Falcons (Florence, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 26. Madison Academy will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 2-3 record after their 48-44 non-league loss to Erwin (Birmingham, AL).
