Oklahoma High School Softball - Cyril nudges Sterling
August 14, 2018: Cyril, OK 73029 Cyril Pirates (Cyril, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Sterling Tigers (Sterling, OK), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Rush Springs for a non-league challenge on Monday, August 20.
With the loss, Sterling falls to 5-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Preston (Preston, OK) to battle the Pirates in a Class A challenge on Thursday, August 16. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Preston won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Okmulgee (Okmulgee, OK)
