In Wednesday's league challenge, the Sharon Tigers (Sharon, PA) baseball squad the visiting Wilmington Area Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA), by a final score of 11-9.

With the win, Sharon upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Tigers host Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA) to battle the Blue Devils in a District 10 Region 2 challenge on Friday, April 15. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Sharpsville lost 14-6 in their recent league game against Hickory (Hermitage, PA)

The Greyhounds (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Reynolds (Greenville, PA). The Raiders go into the District 10 Region 2 game with a 0-0 record.
