December 14, 2010: Morgan Hill, CA 95037 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league outing between the Live Oak Acorns (Morgan Hill, CA) and the visiting Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA), saw Live Oak's soccer squad nudge Gilroy by a margin of 1-0.
The Acorns now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westmont for a BVAL - STAL outing on Wednesday, January 5.
With the loss, Gilroy drops to 2-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Sequoia (Redwood City, CA) to play the Cherokee in a non-league outing on Saturday, December 18. The Cherokee come into the outing with a record of 2-0.
