August 21, 2015: Brandenburg, KY 40108 The Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY) football edged the visiting Butler Bears (Louisville, KY), 21-19 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Green Waves face the Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 28. Meade County will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 48-20 non-league win over Valley (Louisville, KY).
The Bears (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against DeSales (Louisville, KY). The Colts enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, DeSales nudged Fairdale (Fairdale, KY), 42-6, in a non-league bout.
