The Sachse Mustangs basketball team (Sachse, TX), dropped 55-46 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX)

The Friars now possess a 23-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parish Episcopal for a TAPPS 6A District 1 battle on Tuesday, January 24.

The Mustangs (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX). The Patriots come into the 6A Region II District 10 battle with a 22-3 record. In their last battle, Lakeview Centennial beat South Garland (Garland, TX), 65-62, in a league battle.
