Winter Springs Bears (Winter Springs, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Lake Howell Silver Hawks (Winter Park, FL), 8-5 in a league test.

With the win, Winter Springs upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Bears host Lyman (Longwood, FL) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league test on Monday, April 2. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 8-11. Lyman won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Lake Highland Prep (Orlando, FL)
