Mississippi High School Basketball - Ingomar crushes West Union

December 18, 2009: New Albany, MS 38652

Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting West Union Eagles (Myrtle, MS), 96-65 in a league bout.

With the win, Ingomar upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Falcons travel to Houlka (Houlka, MS) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 19. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-10.

Next up, the Eagles encounter the Tremont Eagles (Tremont, MS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 5. West Union will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 64-35 non-league loss to South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS).
