The Valentine Badgers basketball team (Valentine, NE), was nudged 65-60 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Todd County Falcons (Mission, SD)

The Falcons now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Little Wound for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 16. Todd County will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 57-53 non-league loss to Crow Creek (Stephan, SD). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-2.
