December 11, 2017: Pittsburgh, PA 15210 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Sto-Rox Vikings (McKees Rocks, PA) and the host Carrick Raiders (Pittsburgh, PA), saw Sto-Rox's basketball squad overcome Carrick by a tally of 42-30.
With the victory, Sto-Rox improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Springdale (Springdale, PA) to confront the Dynamos in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Dynamos come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Springdale lost 22-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Propel Andrew Street (Munhall, PA)
The Raiders (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Montour (McKees Rocks, PA). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Montour dropped by Ringgold (Monongahela, PA), 60-47, in a league battle.
