Washington High School Football - Lakes trounces Auburn Mountainview
October 20, 2011: Auburn, WA 98092 In Thursday's league match, the visiting Lakes Lancers football squad scored a big 63-7 victory over the Auburn Mountainview Lions.
In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Bonney Lake Panthers (Bonney Lake, WA) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 28. Lakes will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 6-2 record after their 45-13 league win over Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA).
The Lions (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Decatur (Federal Way, WA). The Golden Gators come into the 3A SPSL test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Decatur was trounced by Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA), 48-3, in a league test.
