Colorado High School Soccer - Pueblo County knocks off Elizabeth
April 2, 2018: Pueblo, CO 81006 Pueblo County Hornets (Pueblo, CO) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Elizabeth Cardinals (Elizabeth, CO), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hornets confront the Pueblo Centennial Bulldogs (Pueblo, CO) in a 4A South Central challenge, on Tuesday, April 3. Pueblo County will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Elizabeth (Elizabeth, CO).
The Cardinals now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Widefield for a 4A Colorado Springs Metro bout on Tuesday, April 3. Elizabeth will battle a Gladiators team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Coronado (Colorado Springs, CO). The Gladiators record now stands at 1-4.
