Pennsylvania High School Football - Philipsburg-Osceola trounced by Tyrone
October 22, 2010: Tyrone, PA 16686 The Tyrone Golden Eagles walloped the visiting Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers football team by a count of 42-7 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Tyrone upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to Penns Valley Area (Spring Mills, PA) to confront the Rams in a Mountain - Nittany bout on Friday, October 29. The Rams enter the bout with a record of 0-8. Penns Valley Area lost 41-28 in their recent league bout against Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA)
The Mountaineers (2-6) will now prepare for their bout against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Bearcats enter the Mountain - Nittany bout with a 5-3 record. In their last bout, Huntingdon was overwhelmed by Central (Martinsburg, PA), 21-7, in a league bout.
