Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Clewiston Tigers (Clewiston, FL) and the visiting Glades Central Raiders (Belle Glade, FL), saw Clewiston's basketball squad hold off Glades Central by a tally of 46-44.

With the victory, Clewiston improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host LaBelle (LaBelle, FL) to confront the Cowboys in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 16. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a record of 16-3. LaBelle lost 61-48 in their recent league challenge against Dunbar (Fort Myers, FL)

Next up, the Raiders confront the Pahokee Blue Devils (Pahokee, FL) in a 4A District 12 challenge, on Saturday, January 17. Glades Central will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
