Arkansas High School Football - Morrilton held off by Alma
September 23, 2011: Alma, AR 72921 Alma Airedales (Alma, AR) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Morrilton Devil Dogs (Morrilton, AR), 32-27 in a league test.
With the triumph, Alma improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Airedales travel to Vilonia (Vilonia, AR) to battle the Eagles in a 5A West test on Friday, September 30. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-2. Vilonia won 27-0 in their recent league test against Huntsville (Huntsville, AR)
With the loss, Morrilton drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Devil dogs host Greenwood (Greenwood, AR) to battle the Bulldogs in a 5A West test on Friday, September 30. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 4-0. Greenwood won 42-6 in their recent league test against Siloam Springs (Siloam Springs, AR)
