California High School Basketball - Elsinore nips Rancho Verde
December 13, 2014: Wildomar, CA 92595 Elsinore Tigers (Wildomar, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA), 56-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Elsinore upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA) to play the Longhorns in a non-league bout on Monday, December 15. The Longhorns come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Rancho Buena Vista lost 83-33 in their recent non-league bout against Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA)
Next up, the Mustangs play the La Quinta Blackhawks (La Quinta, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 15. Rancho Verde will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Blackhawks come into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 71-63 non-league win over Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA).
