Texas High School Basketball - Ozen fells Bellaire
November 28, 2014: Bellaire, TX 77401 Ozen Panthers (Beaumont, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Bellaire Cardinals (Bellaire, TX), 69-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ozen improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to West Brook (Beaumont, TX) to confront the Bruins in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 2. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. West Brook lost 68-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Beaumont Central (Beaumont, TX)
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Chavez Lobos (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 challenge, on Tuesday, January 13. Bellaire will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
