Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Ashland Blue Devils (Ashland, MS) and the visiting Byers Lions (Holly Springs, MS), saw Ashland's basketball squad trounce Byers by a count of 73-48.

With the victory, Ashland upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Holly Springs (Holly Springs, MS) to play the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 18. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 12-1. Holly Springs won 67-43 in their recent league challenge against Independence (Independence, MS)
