April 13, 2011: Warrenton, VA 20186 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA) lacrosse team routed the host Highland Hawks (Warrenton, VA), by a count of 16-8.
Coming up next, the Barons confront the Hargrave Military Academy Tigers (Chatham, VA) in a VISAA Division 1 contest, on Thursday, April 14. Blue Ridge will attempt to advance on its 10-1 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 1-5 record after their 15-6 non-league loss to North Cross (Roanoke, VA).
The Hawks now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host North Cross for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 16.
