In Monday's non-league game, the host Alton Comets baseball team scored a nice 15-1 victory over the Couch Indians.

The Comets (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Willow Springs (Willow Springs, MO). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Willow Springs was overwhelmed by Cabool (Cabool, MO), 12-2, in a non-league game.
