Tikigaq Harpooners (Point Hope, AK) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Kotzebue Huskies (Kotzebue, AK), 52-33 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Tikigaq upgrades its record to 4-8 on the campaign.

Next up, the Huskies play the Unalakleet Wolfpack (Unalakleet, AK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 11. Kotzebue will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Wolfpack come into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 61-19 non-league win over Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial (Savoonga, AK).
