September 17, 2009: Las Vegas, NV 89144 In Thursday's league match, the host Palo Verde Panthers football squad scored a good 20-7 victory over the Cimarron-Memorial Spartans.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) in a Sunset - Northwest match, on Friday, September 25. Palo Verde will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 28-19 league loss to Centennial (Las Vegas, NV).
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Centennial (Las Vegas, NV). The Bulldogs enter the Sunset - Northwest match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Centennial ran past Shadow Ridge (Las Vegas, NV), 28-19, in a league match.
