In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Westwood Warriors (Mesa, AZ) basketball squad beat the visiting Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ), by a margin of 49-36.

The Warriors (4-9) will now prepare for their outing against Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ). The Trojans go into the non-league outing with a 9-2 record. In their last outing, Paradise Valley gained a win over Shadow Mountain (Phoenix, AZ), 48-44, in a league outing.
