The Portola Tigers (Portola, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Biggs Wolverines (Biggs, CA), 68-63 in Tuesday's league test.

The Tigers (9-10) will now prepare for their test against Maxwell (Maxwell, CA). The Panthers go into the Mid-Valley test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Maxwell got by Williams (Williams, CA), 72-50, in a league test.
