October 23, 2009: Williamsport, PA 17701 The Loyalsock Lancers (Williamsport, PA) football defeated the visiting Montoursville Warriors (Montoursville, PA), 21-8 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Lancers face the Towanda Knights (Towanda, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 30. Loyalsock will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 8-0 record after their 37-7 league win over Athens (Athens, PA).
The Warriors (7-1) will now prepare for their bout against Danville (Danville, PA). The Ironmen enter the Heartland I bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Danville defeated Mifflinburg (Mifflinburg, PA), 21-0, in a league bout.
