The Elk River Elks basketball team (Elk River, MN), was toppled 59-51 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, MN)

The Bison now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maple Grove for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 9. Buffalo will confront a Crimson team coming off a 63-53 non-league win over Rogers (Rogers, MN). The Crimson record now stands at 2-1.
