Maryland High School Basketball - Great Mills ripped by Potomac

February 24, 2017: Oxon Hill, MD 20745

The Potomac Wolverines basketball team scored 85 points and held the visiting Great Mills Hornets to 56 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huntingtown for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 28. Potomac will face a Hurricanes team coming off a 63-58 non-league win over Westlake (Waldorf, MD). The Hurricanes record now stands at 17-6.

With the defeat, Great Mills moves to 12-11 on the year.
