Colorado High School Baseball - Horizon loses to Mountain Range
April 26, 2012: Thornton, CO 80602 The Horizon Hawks baseball team (Thornton, CO), was overwhelmed 6-2 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO)
The Mustangs now hold a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Poudre for a 5A Front Range outing on Saturday, April 28. Mountain Range will confront a Impalas team coming off a 10-2 league win over Greeley West (Greeley, CO). The Impalas record now stands at 8-7.
Next, the Hawks confront the Loveland Indians (Loveland, CO) in a 5A Front Range outing, on Saturday, April 28. Horizon will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 6-10 record after their 9-4 league loss to Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO).
