Nevada High School Volleyball - Silverado over Taft
April 18, 2011: Las Vegas, NV 89123 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV) and the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), saw Silverado's volleyball squad beat Taft by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Silverado upgrades its record to 14-1 on the year. The Skyhawks host Bonanza (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Bengals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 19. The Bengals go into the bout with a record of 21-3. Bonanza won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Campbell Hall (North Hollywood, CA)
The Toreadors now own a 15-12 record. They play next when they travel to Campbell Hall for a non-league bout on Monday, April 18. Taft will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Crossroads (Santa Monica, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 12-7.
