September 26, 2014: McKees Rocks, PA 15136 West Allegheny Indians (Imperial, PA) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the host Montour Spartans (McKees Rocks, PA), 21-14 in a league test.
With the win, West Allegheny improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Indians host Blackhawk (Beaver Falls, PA) to confront the Cougars in a WPIAL AAA Parkway test on Friday, October 3. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 2-3. Blackhawk won 21-14 in their recent league test against Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA)
With the loss, Montour moves to 3-2 on the season. The Spartans host Ambridge (Ambridge, PA) to confront the Bridgers in a WPIAL AAA Parkway test on Friday, October 3. The Bridgers go into the test with a record of 1-4. Ambridge lost 63-20 in their recent league test against Central Valley (Monaca, PA)
