Texas High School Softball - Irving falls to Hebron
April 26, 2013: Carrollton, TX 75010 In Friday's non-league outing, the host Hebron Hawks softball team scored a nice 11-0 win over the Irving Tigers.

The Irving Tigers didn't stand a chance on Friday, as Hebron captured a playoff blowout 11-0 win
in six innings at Hebron High School.
Hebron was unstoppable at the plate racking up 14 hits including a double and three triples. Erinn
Hill and Olivia Martinez were 3 for 4 with an RBI. Erin Payne went 2 for 3 with an RBI, Chelsea
Herndon was 2 for 4 with a triple, Amanda Sloper went 2 for 3 with a triple, 2 RBI and got hit by
her team leading 11th pitch. Bailey Vaughn was 1 for 2 with a 2 RBI triple and Kassi Wilson capped
the hitting with a single and an RBI.
Hebron's Senior Herndon kept the Tigers off the scoreboard for all six innings she was in the
circle. She pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on three hits while
ringing up six.
