Connecticut High School Basketball - Suffield Academy tipped by Salisbury School
February 27, 2010: Salisbury, CT 06068 The Salisbury School Crimson Knights basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Suffield Academy Tigers to 54 in the Crimson Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Crimson Knights now sport a 14-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taft for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 3. Salisbury School will confront a Big Red team coming off a 65-36 non-league win over Westminster (Simsbury, CT). The Big Red record now stands at 17-7.
The Tigers (15-8) will now prepare for their contest against Choate Rosemary Hall (Wallingford, CT). The Wild Boars enter the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Choate Rosemary Hall was nudged by Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA), 52-44, in a league contest.
