The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Round Valley Elks (Eagar, AZ) and the visiting Safford Bulldogs (Safford, AZ), observed Round Valley's football squad defeat Safford by a count of 34-19.

The Elks now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Blue Ridge for a 3A East contest on Friday, October 30. Round Valley will encounter a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 34-20 league win over Show Low (Show Low, AZ). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 8-0.
