September 16, 2011: Kittanning, PA 16201 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Peters Township Indians football squad scored a big 49-14 victory over the Kittanning Wildcats.
In their next game, the Indians clash with the West Mifflin Titans (West Mifflin, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 23. Peters Township will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 3-0 record after their 40-8 league win over South Park (South Park, PA).
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Highlands (Natrona Heights, PA). The Golden Rams enter the WPIAL AAA Greater Allegheny match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Highlands was crushed by Indiana (Indiana, PA), 13-12, in a league match.
