In Friday's league game, the Bethel Wildcats (Bethel, CT) football team knocked off the visiting New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT), by a final score of 56-41.

The Wildcats (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Bunnell (Stratford, CT). The Bulldogs come into the Southwest game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Bunnell was dropped by New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT), 23-22, in a league game.
