The Katy Taylor Mustangs basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Crosby Cougars to 29 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.

The Mustangs now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jersey Village for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 24. Katy Taylor will battle a Falcons team coming off a 53-31 non-league win over Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 1-1.

The Cougars (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Klein Oak (Spring, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Klein Oak prevailed over Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX), 47-43, in a non-league contest.
