Desert Oasis Diamondbacks (Las Vegas, NV) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK), 60-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Desert Oasis upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Diamondbacks host Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Crusaders in a 5A Southern bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Faith Lutheran lost 69-49 in their recent non-league bout against Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO)

Next up, the Lynx play the Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK) in a 4A Cook Inlet bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Dimond will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
