Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA), saw Collegiate's basketball squad hold off Potomac School by a count of 41-34.

With the victory, Collegiate upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to St. Gertrude (Richmond, VA) to play the in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 5. The come into the challenge with a record of 4-4. St. Gertrude won 48-27 in their recent non-league challenge against York (Yorktown, VA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Seton (Manassas, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 8. Potomac School will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
