New Mexico High School Basketball - Pojoaque Valley overwhelms Shiprock
February 4, 2017: Shiprock, NM 87420 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM) and the host Shiprock Chieftains (Shiprock, NM), saw Pojoaque Valley's basketball squad wallop Shiprock by a tally of 67-21.
With the victory, Pojoaque Valley improves its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Elks/Elkettes host St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM) to play the Horsemen in a challenge on Saturday, February 11. The Horsemen come into the challenge with a record of 4-5.
