Fairfield Lions (Leesburg, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Princeton Vikings (Cincinnati, OH), 14-7 in a non-league test.

With the win, Fairfield upgrades its record to 11-10 on the season. The Lions host Hamilton (Hamilton, OH) to battle the Big Blue in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 2. The Big Blue come into the test with a record of 9-7. Hamilton won 12-5 in their recent non-league test against Loveland (Loveland, OH)
