The Fallston Cougars baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting C. Milton Wright Mustangs to 4 in the Cougars league victory on Monday.

The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Harford Tech (Bel Air, MD). The Cobras go into the Upper Chesapeake Bay match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Harford Tech was edged by Bel Air (Bel Air, MD), 5-4, in a league match.

The Mustangs (4-3) will now prepare for their match against North Harford (Pylesville, MD). The Hawks go into the Upper Chesapeake Bay match with a 7-3 record. In their last match, North Harford was edged by Elkton (Elkton, MD), 8-4, in a league match.

Fallston defeated C. Milton Wright, monday afternoon, on a walk off single from Kyle Hoover. Hoover finished the day 2 for 3 with 2 RBI. Josh Bogdan picked up the win in relief tossing a scoreless 3 and 2/3 innings. Andy Dodd got the start for the Cougars and battled through 3 and 1/3 innings but left the game trailing 4-2. Ryan Tarrant finished the day 2 for 3 with a single, double, and 2 runs scored. Blake Loewe and Collin Gay also added 2 hits a piece for the Cougars. Shane Spurlock finished 3 for 3 for the Mustangs and Tyler Hickey added 2 doubles in the losing effort. Fallston is back in action Wednesday when they travel to Harford Tech.
