In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Greensburg Pirates basketball team scored a good 54-42 triumph over the South Ripley Raiders.

In their next game, the Pirates face the East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN) in a Eastern Indiana match, on Friday, February 24. Greensburg will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 13-11 record after their 36-30 league win over Franklin County (Brookville, IN).

With the defeat, South Ripley moves to 10-11 on the year. The Raiders travel to Waldron (Waldron, IN) to face the Mohawks in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 21.
