In Friday's non-league match, the host Bishop Union Broncos football squad scored a good 35-10 victory over the Sierra Chieftains.

In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Kern Valley Broncs (Lake Isabella, CA) in a match, on Friday, October 5. Bishop Union will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record.

The Chieftains (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Immanuel (Reedley, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 3-3 record.
