In Monday's non-league outing, the St. Patrick Celtics (Elizabeth, NJ) basketball squad nipped the visiting Winter Park Wildcats (Winter Park, FL), by a margin of 59-54.

The Celtics (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA). The Monarchs go into the non-league outing with a 8-0 record. In their last outing, Mater Dei got by Wheeler (Marietta, GA), 81-72, in a non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wheeler for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 23. Winter Park will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 81-72 non-league loss to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-3.
