Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA) and the host Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA), saw Central's basketball squad hold off Huntingdon by a score of 38-35.

With the victory, Central improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Williamsburg (Williamsburg, PA) to play the Blue Pirates in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 9. The Blue Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Williamsburg won 56-45 in their recent league challenge against Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA)
